The Netherlands based auto-didact photographer who discovered the art of photography at an early age with the magical atmosphere of the darkroom. Over the years he developed an increasing interest for melancholic moods with the subtleties of light and shadow. He tries to hide a deeper meaning in his images, attempting to show how captivating even the most mundane scenes and subjects can be when viewed in a unique way. Today, he does as much photography as he has time for, while making his living in psychiatric healthcare. His passion for photography now is concentrated in portraits, landscapes and still lives, where light and mood are the accentuated aspects.
